Current paid-up capital of SSMC is Rs.230.55 Lakh, in last FY, it was 54.33 Lakhs and its present Authorised Capital is of Rs. 500.00 Lakh. Presently as on 30th September, 2018 total paid up capital is Rs.319.31 Lakhs and authorised capital is Rs.500.00 lakhs.

Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh

Mr. Santosh Singh, belongs from Gorakhpur, has done MBA. A dynamic professional with nearly 20 years of rich experience in Standard Operations with focus on top line and profitability while ensuring optimal utilization of resources in Micro-Finance sector. Profile indulged sometimes Micro Finance Operations & IT Management, Business Administration, Business Development, Risk Management, Product designing, Business setup, Consulting, Client Engagement for fulfill Organizational level Targets. He has more than 14 years rich experience in various departments of Microfinance sector such as IT, HR, Training, Development, Planning and Finance. He has wo rked with 15-Jun-16 to Mar-17 – USHA Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Operations – Micro & Small Business, 26-Oct-15 to 14-Jun-16 Humana People to People India as IT Head and Relationship management & Operations co-ordination with BC Bank & Portfolio Management, Sep-13 to 23-Oct-15 with AGORA Microfinance India Limited as Manager - Information Technology, Jan’10 to Sep’13 with Bhartiya MICRO Credit (BMC) Lucknow as Chief MIS Officer & Team Lead-BC program –Yes Bank Limited, Mar’07-Dec’09 with RURAL Development Micro Credit Services (RDMCS), Varanasi as Executive Director-Accounts & ICT, Nov’05- Feb’07 with SONATA Finance Pvt. Limited, Allahabad as Head- ICT, Oct’98- Oct’05 with CASHPOR Micro Credit (CMC), Varanasi as ICT Officer. With SSMC, He is working as COO and overlooking day to day activities of fund liesing and operations.

Mr. Sachin Kumar Srivastava:

Mr. Srivastava, belongs to Allahabad, has done MBA. He has more than 14 years rich experience in various departments of Microfinance sector such as IT, HR, Training, Development, Planning and Finance. He has worked with CASHPOR, BMC, BAPCL, BHKGS and CASD as middle and senior management team. He also worked as Administrative/Project Officer in NGOs for more than 5 years. He has expertise in drafting Planning, Monitoring, Proposal, Project, Annual Reports, Case Studies and various sector formats, product and services designing, events management, media management, etc. He has worked as Chief Program Manager in BAPCL and overlooked Goatry Project at Mirzapur and Buffalo Rearing and Dairy Project at Jalgaon, He also wo rked in Kamdhenu Scheme and launched Mini Kamdhenu Scheme at Lucknow and Aadarsh Cowshala under NABARD at Jayapur, Varanasi, He attend many workshop and seminars on Livestock Management and also certified Master Trainer in Goatry by The Goat Trust and in Livestock by U.P. Udyamita Vikash Sansthan and attend seminar and workshop by NABARD and Indian Dairy Association. He was master trainer of NABARD during 2012-13 in Goat Rearing at Sultanpur and Amethi, he also worked as Master Trainer on Safe Sanitation with the support of FINISH at BMC. He has attend many training program, seminar and workshop organized by TMN, FWWB, AMI-MicroSave, BIRD, FINISH, Gramin Foundation, SIDBI, NABARD, KVIC and MSME on Financial Inclusion, Livelihood Creation, MIS-IT, Strategic Planning, Accounts and Finance, Livelihood through Livestock, etc. In association with BMC, he has organized many mega events in terms of event content writing, designing, speech, crowd management, event planning, coordination with bankers, press, administrations PMO and CMO officials on launchings and financial inclusion programs on Rickshaw, E-Rickshaw, E-Boat, CNG Auto, Solar Charkha, Amino Acid, Bio-compost, Goats, Cow, Buffalo, Health Camps, etc. In association with SSMC, he is overlooking AVP, Planning and Monitoring Department.

Mr. Amit Pandey:

Mr. Pandey, belongs to Allahabad, after completion of his B. Sc. and MCA, he joined Usha Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. as software developer after that he joined ICICI Bank in its E-Banking Engg. Wings where he is involved in development of E-Banking Software. After two years he joined Sonata Finance Pvt. Ltd. a fast growing microfinance company and here he learned and develop microfinance sector software and websites. He is involved in developing the software to track the loan portfolio along with the company’s accounts as well as monitoring the accuracy of Data, this is punched in different branches of the Company after a long period he joined National Informatics Center (NIC) as District Manager and overlooking various websites and software of the NIC and Involve in industrial training and package training. He again moved in microfinance sector and joined BMC, and during his tenure with BMC, he was imparting training to the unit staff to enter their daily data in to system for daily closing and maintain adequate backup. He also involved in development and setting up software in various ranch offices. With BMC he was also worked and developed BC Model software for IDBI, UBI, Reliance, MAS and many other banks. Mr. Pandey is overlooking IT department as AVP, IT.

Mr. Himkar Singh

Mr. Himkar Singh, belongs to Jaunpur, U.P. and completed his graduation from VBS University. He has 12 years experience in sales and marketing practices and co-ordination for event. Recruitment, selection, training and business development, maintaining retail liabilities products, execution various promotional products and asset products. He has worked as Team Leader and Assistant Branch Manager in HDFC Bank. He also worked with ICICI Securities Ltd. as Sales Manager and managing retail and liabilities products where he has handle 10 bank branches with 12 executives. He is overseeing Finance Department as Finance Manager.

Mr. Sanjay Yadav:-

Sanjay has graduate from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvachal University Jaunpur. He is contributing in with micro finance sector from more than 10 years and has been Branch Manager and Area Manager, in Sonata, and Satin Credit Care. He is looking after day-to-day operations & business development activities as Operation Manager.

Mr. Chandra Prakash Yadav: -

Chandra Prakash having more than 1 years experience as an Accountant with Gleam Distributor & Silkasia Exports Company. He is Graduate from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University. He has Diploma in Computer Application, Business Accounting, Banking Revolution, Taxes, company Law and Certificate in financial accounting from NIFA Jaunpur, He is joining the Company on Dated 01June 2011.

He is the Member of Head Office as an Account Manager

Mr. Radhe Krisha Tiwari:

Mr. Tiwari is Graduate and PGDCA, he joined SSMC, in 2012, before Joining SSMC, He has worked with Sonata Finance Ltd. as IT Assistant and in Kotak Mahindra bank Ltd. He is overseeing IT Department and reconciling data, verification of documents and MIS process, preparing reports and day to day activities of IT Department as IT Manager
